Elta SPF 31 Lip Balm contains 5% Hydromanil that gives immediate and long-term moisture that stops cracking and retains moisture! This lip balm is fragrance-free, paraben-free, sensitivity-free, and noncomedogenic!

Usage: Apply liberally 30 minutes prior to sun or water exposure, reapply after swimming or excessive sweating or anytime after toweling off.
