RETURN POLICY

Skinfo will only accepts returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase on items that cannot be used due to a skin reaction. In this event, a Skinfo employee must physically see the reaction and a detailed return from will need to be filled out by the customer for documentation purposes and sent to the vendor.Skinfo will NOT refund or issue store credit for any items, opened or unopened after 14 days. Skinfo will NOT accept returns, exchanges or issue store credit for any open or unopened prescription, Clarisonic,or Tanda products. No returns on items purchased on sale days.
