Lincolnshire, IL – October 2010 – Skinfo® Specialty Skincare Boutique and NEOCUTIS bring the Skin Scanner to Skinfo® on October 14, 2010 from 6pm-8pm. The Skin Scanner uses black light and magnification to reveal to the client the damage to the skin not visible to the naked eye.

The event will start with a presentation by Frank Dreher, the Chief Scientific Officer for NEOCUTIS. He will explain the history of NEOCUTIS, what separates it in the skincare market and specifically the most distinguishing ingredient in the NEOCUTIS Skincare line, Processed Skin Cell Proteins (PSP®) and what it can do for your skin.

Clients will then have a personal skin evaluation using the Skin Scanner to determine the best skincare regimen based on their individual needs. Each unique regimen will be developed by Skinfo’s Skincare Specialists and Neocutis’s Frank Dreher. Frank will provide one-on-one consultations as well to answer questions and ensure the product selection will deliver the results the client is seeking.

About Frank Dreher
Frank Dreher is the Chief Scientific Officer of NEOCUTIS Inc. After completing his thesis on topical drug delivery at the School of Chemistry of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zürich, Frank contributed to significant studies on photoprotection by topical antioxidants as post-doctoral fellow at the Department of Dermatology of University California San Francisco. He then joined the Life Sciences Department of L’Oréal Paris, where he gained experience in the development of cosmetic products.

Motivated by the opportunities in the California technology industry and charmed by the California life style during his post-doctoral stay, he recently returned to San Francisco to join Neocutis.

In addition to his background as chemist, Frank brings a broad knowledge in dermato-pharmacology and toxicology to the company. He is the author or co-author of about 20 publications in diverse scientific journals and books.
